01 — Concept and Briefing
We start by getting to know you, how you live, what matters most, and what you are hoping to achieve. From there we begin exploring layout possibilities and the overall design direction for your space.
 

02 — Onboarding
Before the work begins, you will be set up with your own dedicated client portal. This is your central hub for the entire project, where moodboards, concepts, and invoices are all stored in one easy place. No chasing emails, no confusion.
 

03 — Developed Design

With the direction confirmed, we move into the detail. Layouts, cabinetry, and material selections are developed and refined. Visuals are presented so you can clearly see and feel the design before anything is signed off.
 

04 — Documentation 
Once the design is confirmed, detailed drawings and specifications are prepared. These give your builder and trades everything they need to price and execute the project with confidence.

05 — Procurement and Supplier Liaison
Furniture, fixtures, fittings, and materials are sourced and coordinated on your behalf. We manage supplier relationships, track orders, and keep everything aligned.
 

06 — Ongoing Support
We stay across the project as your build progresses, available for guidance, clarification, and problem solving when needed. You are never left to figure it out alone.
